The PROSLAB’S Unique Design is the ideal combination between Lattice Lintels & Cast-in-situ Concrete and it's suitable for use in Domestic Homes; Townhouses; Cluster Developments; as well as Commercial & Industrial Developments. The Rib & Block Slab System can be plastered and the maximum span ranges up to 13 meters.

This lattice beam rib & block slab system is the best product on the market at present. It has a unique design and is perfect for self-installation, ensures stability and eliminates chances for the slab to seperate from concrete topping.

It also offers versatility for openings; irregular shapes and down lighters. Furthermore, precast concrete hollow block slabs exhibit excellent structural integrity, improved sound and heat insulation, and allows for a high quality plastered soffit finish.

All reinforcing steel & mesh (rebar) requirements for your slab are supplied as per engineer’s design bending schedule.

Strength of Our Lintels = 40MPa with 2 x Y12 Reinforced Bar and 1 x Y8 Steel Bar Connected by 5,6mm Reinforced Steel
